Important note on quantities and shipping:
* For local pick-up orders, you can order as many gift packs as you would like.
* For orders being shipped, THEY MUST BE ORDERED INDIVIDUALLY (so if you want 4 gift packs, you need to place 4 orders), as I currently do not have a way to bulk ship them. (And the box will have a shipping label affixed to the outside of the gift pack). Therefore, you may want to consider having your gift pack shipped directly to the recipient. Or, if you want multiple gift packs, that you want to hand-deliver, I recommend choosing local pick-up, if possible.
* Flat-rate shipping of $4.95 per gift pack
Orders will be ready for pick-up/shipping on or about May 8th. (you will receive an automated notification when pick-up is ready or with a shipping tracking number)

Payment, in full, is due before any products will be set up for pick-up or shipping.

Fixed Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $6.95 applies to your order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

In general, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If known, longer delays or shop closures will be denoted on the website. Medford Soap Company is not responsible for delays in shipping due to shipper issues. No guarantees of delivery dates are given. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered at the time of checkout.
Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, we cannot guarantee that your purchased product will look exactly like the product photos on the website. Every batch will come out slightly different due to temperature, humidity and design creation to name a few factors. Each bar is unique and that is a part of the beauty and specialness of handcrafted soap.
Because of this, refunds are not offered. However, if there is a problem with your order (incorrect, damaged), please contact us, with photos, within 48 hours of delivery so that we have a chance to address any issues. An email with your complete contact information, description of the problem, order number and photos should be sent to: michelle@medfordsoap.com.
