Rustic Star Paper Lantern, Small Size, Perfect for your mantle, shelf or as a center piece, choose pre lit or with out the light

This beautiful paper lantern is sure to bring a smile to your face. It would make a pretty center piece on a table or sitting on a mantle or shelf. It's pretty when the lantern is off, but it really comes to life when it's lit. It's like having a fire work show on your mantle. It would be perfect for your Fourth of July celebration!


I selected this paper because it gives the lantern a rustic feel. To enhance the rustic charm of the lantern I have inked the edges with black and gray ink. It helps to bring the wood feel alive. The cardstock is nice and thick, 80lbs. I have used eyelets to make the area where the wire goes through stronger so that the weight does not damage the paper. The front of the lantern has a dotted vellum panel which lets the light shine through it. On top of the vellum is a white star cut out that has a light coat of glitter. That way in can shine on or off! The interior of the lantern has a pocket to hold the light in place so that you are getting the maximum effect of the lights.


The finished Small Star Lantern measures 7 inches wide, 7 inches high and 2.6” deep.
